CARSON CITY, CA (July 3, 2019) – Two people suffered injuries in a car accident on Highway 50 near the Maverick Station on July 2.
 
The collision between a vehicle and semi-truck occurred after 5:00 p.m.
 
Trooper Hannah DeGoey of NHP said that by 5:30 p.m., crews cleared the road already. Responders transported two people to the hospital for injuries.
 
The crash blocked the road but some motorists managed to go around the wreck on the dirt access roads.
