Wilmington, CA (November 16, 2023) – Two people sustained injuries following an Anaheim Street hit-and-run collision early Wednesday morning.

The traffic collision unfolded at 1 a.m. near the intersection with Island Avenue.

There is no update if the pedestrians were in a crosswalk when the accident happened. The sedan driver fled the scene without stopping to render aid. 

The victims were hospitalized in critical condition.
