Injuries Reported in Cajon Pass Motorcycle Accident on Highway 138 and Interstate 15

CAJON PASS, CA (September 23, 2024) – Saturday night, 2 people suffered injuries in an alarming motorcycle crash on Highway 138 and Interstate 15.

The incident occurred at about 5:29 p.m. on Highway 138, at the sharp turn between Interstate 15 and Summit Valley Road.

The California Highway Patrol traffic log indicated the incident involved a solo crash with a black and silver Harley-Davidson motorcycle. It appears the rider was speeding while navigating a sharp turn, which caused them to veer onto the wrong side of the highway. 

Both individuals were thrown from the motorcycle, landing near the guardrail. 

They were transported by ground ambulance to a nearby hospital, both sustaining moderate injuries.
