Vehicle Crashes into Mobile Home and Fire Hydrant in Rancho Diablo Mobile Home Park
CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA (July 7, 2019) – Two people suffered injuries after a vehicle crashed into at least one mobile home on Via Peralta, Sunday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened in the Rancho Diablo Mobile Home Park, at about 8:35 PM. Due to unknown reasons, a vehicle crashed into a mobile home and a fire hydrant near Buchanan Field Airport. Then, the collision sparked a small grass fire.
Emergency responders transported two victims to a hospital with unspecified injuries. Authorities did not provide updates on the victims’ current conditions.
Investigators ruled out drugs and alcohol as factors in the crash. Witnesses are encouraged to cooperate with police as soon as possible. Additional information will be released once it becomes available.
