2 Killed and 2 Hospitalized in Los Angeles Accident on Grimes Canyon Road near Highway 118

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (November 16, 2021) – Monday afternoon, two people died in a head-on crash on Grimes Canyon Road near Highway 118.
 
According to California Highway Patrol Officer Ryan Ayers, the incident happened at around 3:00 p.m. Moreover, it occurred on Grimes Canyon Road, north of Highway 118.
 
Reports revealed that a Toyota sedan and a semi towing a dump trailer collided head-on for still unknown reasons. Then, one of the vehicles started catching fire after the incident.
 
Moreover, responders pronounced two occupants of the Toyota dead at the scene. Then, firefighters extricated a third person from the Toyota using the Jaws of Life. Responders took that person to a hospital with major injuries. Officials confirmed that the semi-driver was taken to a hospital with unknown injuries.
