MERCED COUNTY, CA (June 22, 2022) – Tuesday morning, two people died in a semi-truck crash on Highway 59 and Furtado Road.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at around 4:30 a.m. Moreover, it occurred on Highway 59 at Furtado Road.
 
Reports revealed that a semi-truck veered over the opposite lane for still unknown reasons. Then, it struck three southbound cars.
 
Moreover, officials confirmed that two people died in the incident. Meanwhile, paramedics transported a person to a hospital for treatment.
