3 injured in Deadly Wasco Accident on Corcoran Road near McCombs Road

 
WASCO, CA (October 18, 2022) – On Monday, two people died in a two-vehicle crash on Corcoran Road near McCombs Road.
 
The incident happened on northbound Corcoran Road, north of McCombs Road.
 
Reports revealed that a southbound Infiniti G37 veered into the northbound lanes for still unknown reasons. Then, it struck the left front side of a northbound Kia Spectra. Then, the force of the crash pushed the Kia to spin around toward the right shoulder. Meanwhile, the Infinity was pushed into the southbound lanes where it struck a barbed wire fence.
 
Moreover, responders pronounced the driver and a rear passenger of the Kia dead at the scene. Then, paramedics transported the Infinity driver with major injuries and two other victims with moderate injuries to a nearby hospital for treatment.
 
Furthermore, authorities do not believe that drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.
 
Meanwhile, the fatal accident remained under investigation.
