2 Killed and 1 Hurt in Riverside Off-Road Incident on La Sierra Hills
RIVERSIDE, CA (January 3, 2022) – Friday afternoon, two people died and one suffered injuries in an ATV crash on La Sierra Hills.
According to the Riverside Fire Department, the incident happened in the La Sierra Hills.
Reports revealed that a side-by-side all-terrain vehicle carrying three people crashed for still unknown reasons.
Moreover, responders pronounced two people dead at the scene. Meanwhile, paramedics transported one person to a hospital with moderate injuries.
Furthermore, officers confirmed that responders recovered the bodies on Saturday morning due to the wet terrain in the remote area.
Meanwhile, authorities said that the area was not approved as an off-road trail.
Also, the incident remains under investigation.
