SAN CLEMENTE, CA (January 8, 2021) – Friday afternoon, two bicyclists suffered injuries in a crash at 6 Kids No Brains Mountain Biking Trail.
 
The incident occurred as two bicyclists traveled on a steep trail called 6 Kids No Brains.
 
Orange County Fire Authority Fire Capt. Greg Barta confirmed that two different helicopters responded. Then, it transported them as trauma patients to the hospital.
