Fatal Vehicle Collision the Near South 188th Street Exit
SeaTac, WA (September 24, 2022) – On Friday, a 19-year-old woman driving a Ford Taurus lost her life following an Interstate 5 fiery collision.
The fatal crash happened at about midnight on the northbound freeway near the South 188th Street exit.
According to the investigators, a 46-year-old Puyallup man driving a southbound Jeep Liberty in the northbound lanes and struck the Ford Taurus head-on.
Sadly, the Taurus caught fire and its female driver died at the scene.
The paramedics transported the male driver to a hospital in unknown condition.
Moreover, officers are investigating the collision near the South 188th Street exit. They did not say if drugs or alcohol played a role in the collision.
