3-Vehicle Deadly Crash on 110 Freeway and Stadium Way
Los Angeles, CA (February 26, 2022) On Friday, a man died and another was hurt in the fatal accident on 110 Freeway.
The California Highway Patrol (CHP) says that the deadly crash happened on the 110 Freeway and Stadium Way just after 2 a.m.
Officials say that it was a 3-vehicle crash with one of the vehicles receiving heavy damages and was overturned.
Moreover, reports say that one of the vehicles collided with a guardrail then hit a metal post.
Rescuers say that they attempted to free the passenger but he was pronounced dead on the scene.
Additionally, the driver of the vehicle was seriously hurt and was taken to a hospital.
Authorities investigated the crash, closing traffic for 3 hours.
Officials say that they suspect that speed may play a factor in the crash.
