Hit-and-Run Driver Wanted after Injuring Young Pedestrian near Eucalyptus Avenue
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (December 6, 2018) – An 11-year-old girl was injured Thursday morning following a hit-and-run crash on Grand Avenue.
According to the San Francisco Police Department, the incident happened near Eucalyptus Avenue, at about 7:45 AM. The girl was walking across a street in a marked crosswalk when she was struck by a vehicle.
The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a hospital for treatment and evaluation. Further updates on her current medical condition were not immediately provided. Meanwhile, the unidentified driver of the vehicle did not stop to render aid and fled the area.
