Hollywood Hills, CA (October 01, 2021) – On Thursday, a pedestrian, Danielle Yates, 32, died in a 101 Freeway crash.

Officers responded to the accident scene at about 2:12 a.m. at the intersection with Cahuenga Boulevard.
