TUCSON, AZ (November 21, 2019) – A man sustained serious injuries in a truck collision on Grant Road on November 20.
 
The authorities advised drivers to avoid Grant Road and Alvernon way following a serious-injury crash involving two trucks which occurred at about 10:00 a.m. The crash sent an adult man to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
 
Meanwhile, authorities shut down the southbound lanes of Alvernon Way.
 
The public should expect heavy traffic restrictions in the area. The southbound lanes of Alvernon Way are closed, officials said.
