RICHMOND, CA (November 3, 2021) – Tuesday afternoon, at least one person suffered injuries in a rollover crash on Interstate 80 near El Portal Drive.
 
The incident occurred at about 2:45 p.m. on westbound Interstate 80 near El Portal Drive. When the authorities arrived, they found two overturned vehicles blocking all lanes for over an hour.
