VISTA, CA (December 22, 2020) – On Wednesday, a person sustained injuries in a pedestrian crash on Primrose Avenue in Vista, California.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at around 3:44 p.m., at 2280 Primrose Avenue.
Reports revealed that a vehicle struck a pedestrian and fled. Authorities said that the pedestrian saw the driver smile at him before striking him with the vehicle.
