1 Person Killed in Single-Vehicle Crash on Caliente Avenue

 
San Diego County, CA (August 21, 2020) – On Friday, one person died and another one got injured in a single-vehicle crash on Caliente Avenue.
 
The California Highway Patrol said the crash happened after 5 a.m. near State Route 905 in San Ysidro.
 
Authorities received a report wherein a vehicle crashed into two traffic signs.
 
The CHP reopened all lanes on the Caliente Avenue onramp from State Route 905. Also, the traffic signal lights were repaired as of 11 AM.
 
Meanwhile, authorities did not disclose the name of the victim. They are still investigating the cause of the crash.
