1 Killed and 1 Injured in Victorville Auto Accident on Amargosa Road and Village Drive
VICTORVILLE, CA (August 26, 2021) – Wednesday morning, a person died after a vehicle crash on Amargosa Road and Village Drive.
According to authorities, the incident happened at around 10:33 a.m. Moreover, it occurred at the intersection of Amargosa Road and Village Drive.
Reports revealed that a dark-blue GMC Envoy crashed for still unknown reasons.
Furthermore, responders pronounced one person dead at the scene. Meanwhile, the Victorville City Firefighters rushed to the scene. Then, they extricated one person trapped inside the vehicle.
Afterward, paramedics transported the female patient to Victor Valley Global Medical Center. Then, they later airlifted her to Loma Linda University Medical Center.
Moreover, the crash closed Village Drive between Lanada Avenue and Amargosa Road.
The incident remains under Sheriff’s Major Accident Investigation Team’s investigation.
