CAMARILLO, CA (March 22, 2021) – Sunday night, authorities arrested a suspect after a pursuit crash on Highway 118 near Center School Road.
The incident occurred on Highway 118 near Center School Road. As a result, the highway remained closed for hours while several agencies responded to an injury crash and a crime scene.
The chase began in Los Angeles County until the suspect got stuck in the wrecked box truck before his arrest. Also, a second vehicle was impacted by the Highway 118 crash.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene at about 6:09 p.m. However, emergency medical personnel staged several hundred yards away until officers secured the scene.
