Driver Dies in Fatal Two-Vehicle Crash on 35th Avenue in Phoenix

 
Phoenix, AZ (June 17, 2021) – Thursday morning, one person died in a two-vehicle crash on 35th Avenue and Thomas Road.
 
The Phoenix fatal two-vehicle crash happened at around 8 a.m. on June 17.
 
According to police reports, the crash involved two vehicles, a passenger car, and a pickup truck.
 
Reportedly, the pickup truck was traveling south on 35th Avenue and was attempting to make a left turn onto Thomas Road. The truck collided with the passenger car traveling north on 35th Avenue.
 
EMS took the driver of the car to the hospital but later died. The woman was not identified.
 
Police continue to further investigate the circumstances of this 35th Avenue crash.
