1 Dead and 3 Injured in Mesa Auto Accident on Dobson Road near Broadway Road

 
MESA, AZ (September 27, 2021) – Friday, a person died in a truck crash on Dobson Road near Broadway Road.
 
Some witnesses said that a red Toyota Tacoma headed south on Dobson Road. Then, it went over the median into the northbound lanes. Afterward, the truck crossed all three lanes of traffic and hit three people at the bus stop near Broadway Road.
 
Reports confirmed that the crash caused the structure to collapse. Eventually, the Tacoma stopped after crashing into a block wall.
 
When the emergency crews arrived, they transported two people at the bus stop to the hospital. One victim sustained minor injuries while the other suffered serious injuries.
 
However, a third person succumbed to injuries.
 
Also, responders took the truck driver to the hospital with unknown injuries.
 
At this time, the authorities are still investigating whether the driver was impaired or not during the crash.
