CHP Investigates a Fatal Multi-Vehicle Crash on Highway 680 in Pleasanton

Pleasanton, CA (November 5, 2021) – Friday morning, one person died in a multi-vehicle crash on Highway 680. 

The fatal crash in Pleasanton happened shortly after 5:50 a.m. just south of the junction with Interstate Highway 580.

The Alameda County coroner’s bureau responded to the scene as a result of a death in the crash.

No other information is immediately available.

Police continue to further investigate the cause of this fatal crash.
