PHELAN, CA (October 13, 2022) – Wednesday afternoon, a person died in a traffic crash on State Route 138 and Oil Well Road.
 
According to reports, the crash happened at around 12:49 p.m. on Oil Well Road and State Route 138.
 
Moreover, the authorities revealed that the incident involved a blue Dodge sedan and a Silver KIA sedan.
 
When the responders arrived, they found both vehicles with major damage. Meanwhile, they declared one person dead at the scene. Also, a second person was listed in critical condition. Then, they airlifted the patient to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.
