Compton, California (March 24, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol announced that a car accident occurred on Highway 91 near Wilmington Avenue on March 22. The crash in Compton resulted in one death.
 
The collision between car and a truck took place on Highway 91 on Sunday at about 8:55 in the evening.
 
As a result of the collision, the car became trapped underneath the large truck.
 
Moreover, reports maintain that it is still unknown what caused the car accident.
 
One person died from the injuries they sustained from the accident, and that victim remains unidentified.
 
The victim’s identification has not yet been disclosed in order to notify the family of the deceased first.
 
The road closed temporarily after the crash. However, it has since reopened.
