The incident occurred just before 4:30 p.m. on Palmdale Boulevard and 55th Street East.
According to reports, the crash involving three vehicles led to a fatality. Meanwhile, two people sustained critical injuries while two others sustained minor injuries.
Furthermore, officers confirmed that they took three people to the hospital via ambulance. Meanwhile, a helicopter transported the other person.
