LONG BEACH, CA (February 15, 2023) – Tuesday morning, a person died in a hit-and-run crash on Pacific Coast Highway and Harbor Avenue.
 
The incident happened at around 9:15 a.m. on Pacific Coast Highway and Harbor Avenue, the Long Beach Police Department reported.
 
“Upon arrival, officers located a male adult victim who had seemingly been involved in a traffic collision suffering from life-threatening inquires,” police added
 
“Long Beach Fire Department personnel responded to the scene and determined the victim deceased at the scene,” police revealed. “No vehicle remained on scene.”
 
At this time, the identity of the man remained undisclosed due to pending family notification. Also, the authorities rerouted traffic away from the area while an investigation was conducted.
