1 Dead in Huntington Beach Pedestrian Accident on Beach Boulevard and Yorktown Avenue
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA (January 25, 2022) – Monday night, a person died in a pedestrian crash on Beach Boulevard and Yorktown Avenue.
The incident happened at around 6:20 p.m. on Beach Boulevard and Yorktown Avenue.
According to Huntington Beach Public Information Officer Jennifer Carey, the crash involved a pedestrian and a white Chevrolet Silverado.
When the authorities arrived, they found a woman in the street. Then, they declared her dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, the 58-year-old Silverado driver from Garden Grove stayed at the scene to cooperate with officers.
At this time, the authorities do not believe that drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.
