STOCKTON, CA (March 28, 2022) – Sunday afternoon, a person died in a hit-and-run crash near 99 Frontage Road and Mosher Drive.
 
The crash happened at about 2:00 p.m. near 99 Frontage Road and Mosher Drive. According to reports, two vehicles crashed when a vehicle struck another vehicle with an adult and three juvenile occupants.
