1 Killed, 2 Seriously Injured in Head-On Car Collision on Grady Way and Longacres Drive [Renton, WA]

1 Dead and 2 Hurt in Renton Car Accident

RENTON, WA (February 18, 2019) – Friday morning, one person was killed and two sustained serious injuries in a head-on car collision along Grady Way.

Around 10:45 a.m., Renton and Tukwila firefighters arrived to the scene near the intersection of Grady Way and Longacres Drive Southwest. Reports indicate the crash was between an SUV and a passenger vehicle.

Due to the impact of the collision, the two injured parties were transported to Valley Medical Center for further treatment.

As Washington State Officials continue their investigation, the cause of the accident remains unknown. Consequently, Grady Way was temporarily closed as crews worked to cleanup and finalize preliminary duties.
