One Person Dies After Multi-Vehicle Crash on Loop 101 in Glendale

Glendale, AZ (November 11, 2022) – Friday afternoon, one person died, and two others sustained injuries in a multi-vehicle crash on Loop 101.

The fatal multi-vehicle crash in Glendale happened around 3:30 p.m. on November 11.

DPS said the collision involved four vehicles, including a white service/utility truck, a semi-truck, and two other cars.  

EMS rushed one person to a hospital, but they later died. Two others were also hospitalized in unknown conditions.

No names have been released this time.

Further investigation to determine the cause of the crash is ongoing.
