1 Killed, 2 Injured in Head-On Crash on State Route 203 [Duvall, WA]

WSP Investigates Head-On Fatal Crash on State Route 203 in Duvall

Duvall, WA (March 29, 2022) – Monday evening, one person died and two others sustained critical injuries in a head-on crash on State Route 203.

The fatal head-on crash in Duvall happened at around 7:30 p.m. on March 28 at 288th Street. 

Washington State Patrol said one vehicle crossed over the center line and hit a landscaping truck head-on. 

As a result, the driver of that car died at the crash scene.

EMS took one patient to Harborview Medical Center and the other was sent to a nearby hospital, both in unknown condition.

No other information is immediately available.

Further investigation to determine the cause of the crash is ongoing.
