1 Dead and 1 Hurt in Sierra Vista Car Crash

 
SIERRA VISTA, AZ (November 28, 2019) – A person died while another sustained injuries in a fiery car crash on Highway 90 on November 26.
 
The head-on crash between a van and a sedan occurred just before 6:00 a.m. on Highway 90 near Airport Avenue. According to reports, the crash occurred when the van drove across the centerline.
 
Some concerned motorists stopped to help the people involved in the crash. A person attempted to put off the fire in the van using a fire extinguisher. When the fire crews arrived, they put off the fire.
 
A person died at Canyon Vista Medical Center while responders airlifted the other person to a Tucson hospital for treatment.
