Fatal Cabazon Car Accident on 10 Freeway

 
CABAZON, CA (September 4, 2019) – A person died while another sustained injuries in a car accident on 10 Freeway on September 2.
 
Authorities received reports of the accident at 10:08 a.m. on eastbound 10 Freeway at Main Street.
 
The crash led vehicles to roll off the road while a man got stuck underneath a pickup truck. As a result, one of the vehicles landed on its top on Rail Road Avenue, just south of the freeway.
 
A person died at the scene while responders transported one person to Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs with moderate injuries.
 
Railroad Avenue will remain unavailable for at least an hour while crews remove the overturned vehicle. Police did not release any other information regarding the car accident on 10 Freeway.
