The two-vehicle crash in Phoenix happened on October 10.

DPS said a vehicle traveled over the guardrail and rolled on the I-10 near Fairway Drive. Then the second vehicle involved was also off the road on the right shoulder.

EMS took one patient to a hospital with serious injuries.
