Police Investigate Street Takeover on Valley View Street and Artesia Boulevard in Buena Park

Buena Park, CA (October 7, 2022) – Thursday night, one person was hit by a driver in a street takeover on Valley View Street and Artesia Boulevard.

The incident happened on October 6, late Thursday night in Buena Park.

Buena Park Police Department said the takeover ended as officers arrived, and police were not notified about anyone being hit. But footage showed one spectator being hit by a driver in the middle of the intersection.

The person’s condition is unknown at this time.

No other information is immediately available. Further investigation into this incident is ongoing.
