1 Hurt in Fall City Crash
FALL CITY, WA (October 16, 2019) – A person suffered injuries in a rollover crash on Highway 18 on October 12.
The tanker truck overturned and spilled around 40 gallons of Diesel near Raging River Bridge. The incident shut down Highway 18 for multiple hours but has since reopened.
As a result of the crash, the driver suffered injuries.
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the collision but the initial investigation determined that mechanical failure issues happened.
Meanwhile, the Washington Department of Ecology confirmed that they contained the spill and there’s not contamination to soil or water.
Crews continued working at the scene to clear the debris.
