Person Hospitalized after Pedestrian Collision on Sierra Highway near Sandy Drive
CANYON COUNTRY, CA (September 3, 2019) – A person suffered injuries in a pedestrian collision on Sierra Highway, Tuesday evening.
According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the incident happened at about 7:31 PM. Due to unknown reasons, a vehicle struck a pedestrian near Sandy Drive.
Emergency responders transported the pedestrian to a local hospital with minor injuries. The current condition of the victim remains unknown. Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the collision. Officers will release additional information once it becomes available.
