1 Injured after Vehicle Crash into Homeless Camp in Los Angeles
LOS ANGELES, CA (May 23, 2019) – A hit-and-run crash at 15th Street and Hooper Avenue left one person injured late Tuesday night. Officials said the crash involved two vehicles, one of which was a red vehicle.
The impact of the crash sent the red vehicle straight into a tent on the sidewalk occupied by a homeless person. Paramedics took the injured person to the hospital with minor injuries.
In the meantime, the driver of the red vehicle fled on foot after the crash. The police said they are investigating the incident as a hit-and-run resulting in injuries.
