1 Hospitalized in Santa Maria Auto Accident on Highway 101 near Alvin Avenue
SANTA MARIA, CA (June 23, 2021) – Tuesday morning, a person sustained injuries in a hit-and-run crash on Highway 101 near Alvin Avenue.
According to California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at around 5:15 a.m. Moreover, it occurred on Southbound Highway 101 north of Alvin Avenue overcrossing.
Reports revealed that the driver of a southbound Honda Civic saw headlights approaching. Then, the driver attempted to avoid the collision. However, the right front of the Honda collided with the right front of a Ford Focus.

Meanwhile, CHP confirmed that the Ford driver fled the scene after the crash.
