Hit-And-Run Driver Arrested after 29th Avenue NE Vehicle Crash
Tacoma, WA (December 10, 2020) – Wednesday night, a hit-and-run driver in an SUV plowed into the living room of a Tacoma four-plex while fleeing from 29th Avenue NE vehicle crash, injuring one person.
Reportedly, the 23-year-old SUV driver had crashed into a vehicle driven by an 18-year-old man at 29th Avenue NE and Norpoint Way, he then flees from the crash scene and lost control and slammed into the home shortly after.
Moreover, the 18-year-old victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries in the crash and then transported to the hospital.
Luckily none of the three people who were inside the unit is hurt.
Meanwhile, the hit-and-run driver was not injured in either crash. He is currently booked into the Pierce County Jail to investigate DUI, injury hit-and-run and destruction of property.
