Let’s Keep The Road Safe
Driving your children to school, driving to the market, or driving to fill up on gas should not be a life-and-death matter. Even so, the likelihood of car accidents continues to rise.
Furthermore, it is important to follow all driving laws and the conditions of the road. If you see any vehicle or driver that looks dangerous, keep your distance. If you see a vehicle weaving in and out of the lanes, following too closely, or traveling at a higher rate of speed, move over a few lanes and get out of their way.
Ultimately, drive defensively to ensure the safety of surrounding vehicles, drivers, and pedestrians.
Injuries in Doniphan Drive Collision
Regardless of the location, the road accident rate continues to increase, rather than decrease.
2,021 citations were issued by CHP in April 2021 for those driving over 100 miles per hour.
The increasing crash rate reflects that auto accidents like the Doniphan Drive collision are a major public health threat. They are a leading cause of death for individuals ages 5-64.
As a matter of fact, according to the NHTSA, two out of three motorists will be involved in an injury accident during their lives. That is why it is important to know what to do if you incur a motor vehicle crash.
