Driver Arrested in San Diego Accident on State Route 94 near Euclid Avenue

 
SAN DIEGO, CA (January 10, 2023) – Monday morning, a person sustained injuries after a suspected DUI crash on State Route 94 near Euclid Avenue.
 
The incident happened at around 1:46 a.m. on westbound State Route 94 near Euclid Avenue.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, a westbound BMW veered off the roadway down an embankment and struck a tree. Then, the force of the crash cut the vehicle in half, CHP added.
 
Moreover, authorities arrested the BMW driver on suspicion of DUI. Then, paramedics transported the suspect to a hospital for treatment. Also, they transported a passenger of the vehicle who left the scene but returned moments later,
