REDDING, CA (May 17, 2022) – Monday morning, a person suffered injuries in a rollover crash at Redding Civic Auditorium.
The crash occurred at about 2:00 a.m. on the lawn of Redding Civic Auditorium.
According to reports, a Jeep Cherokee with four teenage occupants was doing “donuts” or spins on the lawn when the SUV tipped onto its side.
When the officers arrived, they found one unconscious 18-year-old passenger with a head injury. Thus, responders took them to the hospital. According to the police, the driver didn’t show signs of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Reports confirmed that two 18-year-olds and two other teenagers rode in the vehicle. Moreover, officers confirmed that three of the four occupants suffered no injuries in the crash.
