Injuries Reported in San Diego Auto Accident on Ocean View Hills Parkway and Hidden Trails Road
SAN DIEGO, CA (November 14, 2021) – On Friday, a person sustained injuries in a crash on Ocean View Hills Parkway and Hidden Trails Road.
According to authorities, the incident happened on Ocean View Hills Parkway and Hidden Trails Road.
A woman driving a Toyota 4Runner attempted to make a turn from Ocean View Hills Parkway onto Hidden Trails Road too fast. Then, the driver failed to secure her 1-year-old infants’ car seat onto the rear seat seatbelts of the vehicle. The fast turn made the baby seat move. Then, the mother attempted to reach behind her to secure the baby. However, the vehicle collided with three parked vehicles in the area.
Moreover, responders transported a male patient from a parked Silver Chevrolet to a hospital for treatment.
Furthermore, the mother and her child sustained no injuries in the crash.
May this incident be a reminder for all motorists to drive responsibly. Drivers should also keep in mind that distracted driving, speeding, and failing to yield will lead to dangerous road accidents.
How To Proceed From a Crash
While driving is essential for many to move about in their lives, it is one of the most dangerous daily maneuvers. Thus, it is therefore important to know how to proceed in case you find yourself involved in a traffic collision.
On the AAA Foundation Website, chief executive officer Peter Kissinger repeatedly labeled the epidemic of motor vehicle-related accidents a “public health crisis.”
Mark Sweet, a personal injury attorney at Sweet Lawyers, says that serious auto accident cases may call for a separate investigation spearheaded by an experienced lawyer fighting on behalf of the injured party. A lawyer will make sure victims are not cheated of the proper compensation they are owed.
