FIFE, WA (February 20, 2023) – Friday afternoon, a person sustained injuries in a pedestrian crash on Interstate 5 near 54th Avenue.
The incident happened at around 5:45 p.m. on Interstate 5 near 54th Avenue.
According to the Washington State Patrol, a vehicle struck a 45-year-old male pedestrian who was standing in the fog line on the HOV lane for still unknown reasons.
Then, just moments later, a second vehicle struck the victim who was already down on the pavement. Also, authorities said that the pedestrian was wearing dark clothing when he was hit by the black Dodge Challenger and a white Nissan Rogue.
Moreover, responding paramedics rushed the victim to a hospital with an unknown degree of injuries.
