1 Hurt in Santa Barbara Motorcycle Collision on Highway 154
SANTA BARBARA, CA (January 13, 2020) – A person sustained injuries in a car and motorcycle collision on Highway 154 on January 11.
The Santa Barbara County Fire Department and California Highway Patrol came to the accident between a vehicle and motorcycle on Highway 154 in Santa Barbara.
The crash happened around 2:12 p.m., on Highway 154 and East Camino Cielo.
According to County Fire, the motorcyclist suffered moderate to major injuries. An AMR transported the injured to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for further treatment. The condition and extent of injuries of the victim is still unknown as of this time.
Meanwhile, the Santa Barbara County Fire’s engine 13, engine 113, battalion 10 and a Los Padres engine all came to the scene.
Upon completion of CHP’s investigation, both lanes of Highway 154 reopened.
