WINCHESTER, CA (December 21, 2022) – Tuesday afternoon, a person sustained injuries in a four-vehicle accident on Highway 79 near Domenigoni Parkway.
 
The incident happened at around 5:00 p.m. on Highway 79, south of Domenigoni Parkway.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident involved a total of four vehicles.
 
Moreover, Riverside County Fire Department extricated one person trapped inside a wreckage. Then, paramedics transported the victim to Inland Valley Medical Center in Wildomar with moderate to major injuries.
 
Furthermore, CHP blocked both the north and southbound lanes of the roadway to give way to the responders.
