1 Injured in Santa Clarita Car Accident

 
SANTA CLARITA, CA (January 7, 2020) – A person sustained injuries in a car accident on Whites Canyon Road on January 5.
 
The Los Angeles County Fire Department officials came to Whites Canyon Road and Soledad Canyon Road just before 4:00 p.m., Supervisor Melanie Flores revealed.
 
“I noticed the truck pull out, then the Mustang came through and they collided,” witness Felix Martinez said. “The truck was coming out of the parking lot and the Mustang was going straight on Whites Canyon.”
 
An ambulance also came to the scene while medical responders administer medical treatment to one person.
 
The crash shut down all lanes, except one through the southbound lanes of Whites Canyon Road while first responders worked to clear the scene.
 
Staying within the lanes of the road is an extremely important rule of the road. If you feel yourself drifting into other lanes due to fatigue or any other reason, safely pull over and rest before continuing to drive.
