1 Injured in Newhall Motorcycle Collision
NEWHALL, CA (March 5, 2020) – Tuesday afternoon, an unidentified victim sustained injuries in a motorcycle collision on 14 Freeway.
According to the officials, responders transported a motorcyclist to a hospital following the Newhall crash on March 3rd.
First responders received a report of the crash on the Newhall Avenue off-ramp of the 14 Freeway around 2:00 p.m. Dispatchers arrived to the area shortly after.
The events leading up to the accident are currently unclear. However, authorities say it was between a motorcycle and an unidentified vehicle.
In addition, one victim was transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment. However, their identity has not yet been released.
The collision also shut down the northbound off-ramp from the 14 Freeway to Newhall Avenue, the California Highway Patrol reported.
Meanwhile, fire officials said that the condition of the injured remains unreleased as of this time.
