RIALTO, CA (October 10, 2019) – A person went to the hospital after getting stuck in a semi-truck crash on Slover Avenue on October 4.
 
Firefighters responded to free the trapped person in the 500 block of West Slover Avenue about 5:20 p.m.
 
Upon the units’ arrival, they found the dramatic rear-end collision between a pickup truck and a semi-truck.
 
Crews administered the jaws of life and other power tools extricate the pickup driver within 15 minutes.
 
Responders transported the driver to an area hospital for treatment.
 
Meanwhile, authorities shut down all directions of Slover Avenue during the investigation.
